If you have forgotten the password you use to log in to Proliance, you can click Forgot Password to create a new password. Proliance will send you an email that contains a hyperlink to a Proliance page where you can enter an answer to a security question. Once you answer this security question correctly, you can enter a new password that is will become valid for accessing Proliance the next time you log on.
Before you can use the password reset feature, the following are required:
When you first try to log in to Proliance, if the security questions have not been set for your profile, you will be prompted to have this information completed. Once the security questions have been set, you will no longer see the request.

To reset your password
If a valid email address has been configured for your user account, and your Org Name and User Name are correct, you will receive a Proliance notification in your email inbox.
NOTE: You must complete this action within 60 minutes of clicking Submit (at step 3). After 60 minutes, you will need to re-start the password reset process from step 1 above.
